Fundraising class with Louise: Sunday 25th October 2026 7.00am – 11.00am

The Sunday morning Mysore class on Sunday 25th October from 7.00am – 11.00am will be a charity class raising money for Sands, the UK’s leading pregnancy and baby loss charity.

We would also like to use this opportunity to gently shine a light on baby loss and the unimaginable pain of losing a child. It is a loss that can leave families feeling deeply isolated and a conversation that can be so difficult to hold.
