Between Christmas and New Year, Hamish Hendry and Louise Newton will be holding a series of 3 workshops at Astanga Yoga London. The workshops are free.
Take all three workshops or just one.
Aimed at new teachers and those who’ve been teaching for years. You can attend one or more and each one will be different. They’ll be approximately two hours long from 10.30am – 12.30pm. There will be an introduction, followed by an in depth look at teaching and adjusting and naturally an opportunity to bring community together.
Subjects we’re also considering include:
– 15 minute of chanting each day
– 45 minute of adjusting practice space each day
– Problem solving for Mysore teachers
We’re open to any suggestions – please email us.
The workshops will be free but, to ensure a commitment, a deposit is required of £50 for attendance on all 3 days or £25 per day. To minimise no-shows and last minute cancellations, this will only be refunded in person at the workshop.
We’ll also be open for regular Mysore practice 7.00am – 10.00am on the days of the workshops (usual pricing applies).
