Whoever controls their body but still dwells on sensuous objects is a hypocrite.
Bhagavad Gītā 3.6
Krishna delivers some of the strongest words for those who have control of their body but not their mind. Probably we’re all guilty sometimes, our inner world is hidden from those who we value most. Fear of judgement. Krishna is saying ‘hey look try and match your inner dharma, your true beliefs with your outer dharma, your connection with the world’. Being honest first with ourselves is very empowering. From humility comes ability. From ability, stability and from stability, tranquility.
